Our experience in the business of providing a comprehensive service in accommodation and required transportation to airline crew for the past 06 years, our services include:

1.	Ensure that crew are comfortably accommodated in appropriate hotel destinations in convenient locations, possibly in close proximity with the Airport.
2.	Provide comfortable and hassle free transportation service to and from hotel and airport for the crew. Wherever possible a trusted transport service to malls/shopping centre would be provided, depending on the destination.
3.	Our staff is dedicated in providing all facilities to ensure that the actual arrivals of airline crew/staff is provided accurate accommodation and transportation without an inconvenience.

4.	In a situation where delays, technical issues arise in the aircraft; we take pride to do everything possible to accommodate crew as well as passengers to the best options of hotel accommodation.
5.	Arrange prepayments to Hotel and Transport Provider to ensure no inconvenience to crew members at time of check-in/out.
6.	Ensure all Airlines operational requirements are met on time.
7.	Coordinate with Hotel / Transporter to provide timely service to Crew.
8.	Immediate attention to any last minute changes and requests from Airline.
